CCMEC 2026 is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help enhance the two-day convention experience.
In exchange for a four-hour volunteer shift, you’ll receive a complimentary delegate ticket, lunches and health breaks, plus access to the technical sessions and the keynote addresses, so you can contribute to the event’s success while also experiencing all the benefits of the largest event of its kind in central Canada.
What’s Your Shift? Choose the day and time that works best for you:
- Day 1 – Monday, November 2
- Day 2 – Tuesday, November 3
- AM Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- PM Shift: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Important Date to Save: Once your volunteer role is confirmed, you’ll also be required to attend a volunteer training session on Sunday, November 1 at 1:00 p.m. at the Victoria Inn
