Manitoba is taking to the stage this week at the Canadian Investment Summit in Toronto, where a provincial delegation is showcasing Manitoba projects and potential for growth to investors from around the world.
Premier Wab Kinew is quarterbacking the Manitoba perspective, alongside Finance Minister Sala, highlighting the province’s priorities and its appeal to international investment.
Of the more than 160 projects being promoted at the summit, for Manitoba the focus is on major initiatives connected to the Port of Churchill and the province’s mining sector.
The broader goal of the summit is to connect Canadian companies and projects with international investors, raising the profile of initiatives that can support economic growth, create jobs and bring new capital to communities across the country.
For Manitoba, the summit provides a platform to showcase some of the province’s most significant projects, resources and economic potential to a global audience.
