Finding Info in the Early Stages of Mineral Exploration Has Gotten Easier

A dynamic new online tool has been developed by MAMI in partnership with the province’s Business, Mining, Trade and Job Creation department . The Guidelines for Early Mineral Exploration in Manitoba is a way to help the industry navigate early exploration activities in the province such as the initial search for minerals and covers prospecting, line cutting and diamond drilling.

From permitting details to best management practices, each online section includes the most up-to-date information you’ll need, plus related links to provincial and federal regulation sites and contacts. This provides companies or individuals a clear path to mineral tenure, work permit applications, conducting exploration work that meets regulations, environmental licensing and the duty to consult.

The information is available anytime and is always up-to-date.
